Nikita Babber

Nikita Babber has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2011, they served as the Marketing and Sales Director at Young Enterprise UK, where they successfully implemented a comprehensive Marketing and Sales strategy. Nikita then joined Centrica in 2013 as a Business Analyst intern. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Assistant at John Lewis, receiving specialized customer training and consistently demonstrating excellence in customer service.

In 2015, Nikita interned as a Business Operations Support Manager at Templar Executives, a leading Cyber Security specialist SME. Nikita'sresponsibilities included enhancing training material, resolving operational issues, and fostering a culture of information protection and optimization.

Nikita then joined Barclays in 2016 as an HR Business Partner intern, where they gained experience and exposure in leadership, learning and talent management, recruitment, reward and performance, and employee relations. Nikita received outstanding feedback and was offered full employment following their internship.

In their subsequent roles at Barclays, they held positions as an HR Business Partner, HR Group Learning, Leadership, Talent and Culture Specialist, HR Employee Relations Specialist, and HR Talent and Leadership Specialist, contributing to various aspects of HR and talent management.

From 2020 to 2021, Nikita worked as an Associate HR Business Partner at The Collective. Nikita recently joined Plentific in 2021, initially as a People Manager and currently as the Global Senior People Manager.

Nikita Babber completed their CIPD Qualifications from 2017 to 2018, specializing in CIPD. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Modern History and Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Nikita'ssecondary education was at Dr Challoner's High School. Additionally, they hold a Drama Grade 8 certification with distinction from Trinity Guildhall.
