Rinu Varghese

Rinu Varghese started their work experience in 2012 as an intern at Erste Group Bank AG. In 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at HIAS. In 2015, they joined Wayfair as a Supply Chain Associate and later took on roles such as Supplier Performance Specialist and Assistant Category Manager. At Wayfair, Rinu was responsible for managing suppliers' supply-chain performances, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and leading cross-functional projects. From 2019 to 2022, Rinu worked at Plentific, starting as a Supply Chain Team Lead and later becoming a Service Delivery Lead. Currently, Rinu holds the position of Head of Global Marketplace Operations at Plentific.

Rinu Varghese earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the International Christian School of Vienna from 2003 to 2009, but there is no information regarding a degree or field of study from this institution.
