They have also founded their own companies and organizations, such as Selador Capital and South Pole Carbon Asset Management. In addition to their professional experience, the team is also highly educated, with degrees from Columbia Business School, University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, and other prestigious institutions.
