Shynn Gabuat

Shynn Gabuat began their career in 2021 as a Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Intern at Plentina - Buy Now, Pay Later. In 2022, they moved on to become the Director for Networks and Partnerships at the Philippine Anti-Discrimination Alliance of Youth Leaders.

Shynn Gabuat has a diverse educational background. Shynn completed a Senior High School degree in Accountancy, Business, and Management from Asia Pacific College between 2016 and 2018. Shynn then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and IBM, such as "Become an HR Business Partner", "Employer Branding to Attract Talent", "HR as a Business Partner", "Human Resources Foundations", "Organization Design", "Talent Management", "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner", "Project Management Foundations", and "Project Management Foundations: Communication".
