Andy Hotchkiss

Andy Hotchkiss is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Plenty® since September 2021, Andy previously held several key sales leadership roles at The Honest Company from October 2017 to September 2021, including Director of Sales for Amazon & ETAIL, Sales Strategy & Planning for Household Wellness, and Director of Sales for National Accounts. Prior to this, Andy was a Senior National Account Manager at Interbake Foods, overseeing direct account management across multiple channels. Andy’s extensive experience with Unilever spanned over a decade, covering roles such as Region Sales Manager for Southern California and Customer Business Manager for Albertsons/Safeway, while contributing to various aspects of trade marketing and demand planning. Andy holds a B.S. in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University and additional certifications from USC Marshall School of Business in Management Development and Food Industry Management.
