Michelle Ryan

Michelle Ryan is an experienced engineering and operations professional currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Plenty®, where responsibilities include managing business operations, strategy, and special projects. With a background as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Plenty®, Michelle led the first Manufacturing Engineering team, focusing on equipment installation and partnerships. Previous roles include innovative positions at Brickhouse Automation, Tesla, Apple, Semprus BioSciences, and Henkel, where contributions ranged from high-volume manufacturing line design to adhesive performance research. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
