Julia Wieland

Julia Wieland currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at plentysystems AG since October 2024. Prior to this role, Julia was the Head of HR at ZUFALL logistics group from December 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing HR strategies for 2,300 colleagues, leading a central team of HR Business Partners and Learning & Development professionals, and driving initiatives for social sustainability within the organization. Julia’s extensive career also includes roles such as Strategic Organizational Development Specialist at SMA Solar Technology AG and HR Business Partner at Klinik Management Oldenburg GmbH. Julia holds a Diplom in Business Administration from AKAD Fachhochschule Leipzig and a Diplom in Theology from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, along with additional certifications in Systemic Organizational Development.
