Alexander Cogneau

Alexander Cogneau is the Director and Head of Payments Platform at Pleo since November 2021, leading a group of four cross-functional teams in building advanced financial infrastructure for a leading European spend management solution valued at approximately 5 billion USD. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from 2018 to 2021, focusing on banking and technology sectors across multiple European countries. Earlier experience includes a Data Science and Machine Learning Associate position at Solventure, an internship in Product Analytics at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and software engineering experience at Cisco. Alexander holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Ghent University, completed in 2018.
