Brad Jayakody

Brad Jayakody holds extensive experience in engineering leadership and technical expertise. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Pleo, Brad is pioneering the company's engineering efforts within an established startup environment. As Co-founder and CTO of MindPsy, Brad is focused on utilizing data analysis and artificial intelligence to support emotional wellbeing in young individuals. Previously, Brad held key roles including Director of Engineering at Motorway, Head of Engineering at Smart Pension, and Manager of Technology at Expedia Group. With a strong foundation in software development from earlier roles at VML, Cubic, and Vodafone, Brad possesses a diverse and comprehensive background in building high-performing engineering teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Information Technology from The University of Queensland and a Master of Science in Astronomy from Swinburne University of Technology, along with ongoing studies in Gestalt Psychotherapy.
