Henriette Stakemann

Henriette Stakemann is a partner and Co-Head of our teams within respectively. employment and labor law and Operational Compliance.

Henriette specializes in the corporate law aspects of employment law, where she has an in-depth insight into the transactional and corporate law associated with corporate management, including extensive experience in contractual relations and remuneration schemes in the financial sector.

She has extensive experience in advising on structuring, preparation and implementation of cash- and equity-based incentive programs in both listed and private companies, both in Denmark and globally. She has extensive experience in Corporate M&A, and through her experience in advising equity funds, in particular expertise in the employment law aspects of transactions related to acquisitions, sales, IPOs and restructuring.

Henriette advises both Danish and international companies on the structuring and implementation of compliance programs in a wide range of disciplines as well as on internal investigations with a particular focus on employment law aspects. In addition, she advises partnerships on organizational and structural matters as well as on partner relationships.

Henriette has a large international network and works continuously with foreign colleagues on international projects related to cross-border transactions and incentive programs.
