Karina Brinch

Karina Brinch is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate team.

Karina deals primarily with cases in national and international real estate transactions, including commercial and residential rental properties, business transfers, development cases, agricultural law, company law, commercial tenancy and general contract and commercial law in a broad sense.

Karina advises clients in several areas, including pension funds, national and international property owners and funds, and property developers.

Karina has advised in a number of large transactions, for example. several pension funds' sales of property portfolios to national and international buyers. In addition to legal advice, project management is a key task in resolving these cases. In addition, Karina regularly advises clients on compliance with the Tenancy Act's rules on the obligation to bid in connection with the sale of property.
