Iain Silvester

Iain Silvester is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology sectors. Currently serving as co-CEO of Plessey Semiconductors Ltd since September 2012, Iain has played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a leader in GaN-on-Silicon technology. Prior to Plessey, Iain was the CFO at Picochip, Inc from April 2005 to March 2012, where leadership contributed to the success of small cell wireless base stations. Iain also held finance director positions at Motion Media PLC and Chemical Designs PLC, and served as International Controller and Director at IBAH, Inc, enhancing operations in various countries. Early career experience includes corporate finance roles at Ernst & Young. Iain Silvester earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Liverpool.
