Eric Mohamed has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eric started their career as an Analyst at Newcastle Realty Services LLC from June 2009 to December 2010. Eric then worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from June 2011 to September 2013, where they managed documents for high-stakes legal disputes.

After that, Eric joined Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor as a Service Consultant from April 2014 to October 2016, where they focused on customer satisfaction and process improvement in vehicle maintenance and repair. During their tenure, they achieved the highest customer satisfaction scores as measured by surveys.

Eric then transitioned to the software industry and joined Enmark Systems, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager from October 2016 to November 2019. Here, they managed customer relationships and ensured their success.

In 2019, Eric joined Plex, by Rockwell Automation, as a Customer Success Manager. Eric later held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, where they exclusively worked with large enterprise customers and mentored junior team members. Eric was responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and retention while leveraging the Plex platform. Eric also contributed to the optimization of their team's activities using the Gainsight system.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership, customer-centric focus, and the ability to excel in different industries.

Eric Mohamed has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science, Philosophy, and American Foreign Policy from Williams College. Eric also holds a Certificate in Accounting from New York University. Prior to their college education, Eric attended Hunter College High School.
