Michael Pearce

Michael Pearce has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Michael started their career as a Support Analyst at Microsoft, where they created update scripts and troubleshooted hardware and software issues. Michael then worked as an Independent Contractor/Consultant before joining PC Miracles Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer/Network Administrator, where they oversaw IT infrastructure and network administration.

Following that, Pearce had roles at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a Systems Engineer/Architect, where they supervised the Business Intelligence team and executed server expansions. Michael also worked at IBM - Chrysler Account as a BI Systems Administrator/Engineer, where they provided leadership for Business Intelligence architecture and supported server infrastructure.

Pearce then joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) as a Senior Technical Architect, focusing on server infrastructure and architecture. Later, they worked at Cygnus Systems Inc. as a Senior Engineering Field Supervisor.

Pearce also served as President & CEO of Tritium IT LLC, where they led the company and managed operations.

Most recently, Pearce has held the position of Senior Cloud Operations Engineer at Plex Systems, Inc. and Plex by Rockwell Automation. In this role, they have been involved in the development of infrastructure as code and server configuration automation, as well as the design and assessment of applications and infrastructure for better performance. Michael has also responded to application and security incidents and participated in Proof of Concept for new applications.

Michael Pearce began their education in 1994 at Romeo High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1996. Michael then pursued further education in the field of Information Technology. In 2004, they completed coursework in Informations Technology through Microsoft. In 2007, they studied Citrix Administration, further expanding their knowledge in the IT field. Michael continued their education in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management by completing the MCSE - Messaging program at Microsoft Certification from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSE, MCSE: Messaging, MCSA: Windows Server 2012, and MCSE: Productivity, though the dates for the last two certifications are unavailable.
