Swati Lakhlani has extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. Swati is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Rockwell Automation since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Plex Systems, Inc. starting in June 2020. Swati also worked at SunGard Financial Systems as a Development Manager from April 2016 to June 2020. Before that, they served as a Team Lead at Sungard from April 2013 to March 2016 and as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2010 to March 2013. Earlier in their career, Swati worked as a Software Engineer Level 2 at Eclipsys from December 2008 to July 2010, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Financial Technologies from 2006 to 2008.
