Matthew Frickey

Matthew Frickey is an accomplished Operations Product Support Manager at PLEXSYS Interface Products, Inc., since May 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing customer support through effective management of subject matter experts and help desk operations. Previously, Matthew served in the US Air Force as a Superintendent from October 2008 to April 2011, recognized as a senior leader and manager with expertise in command and control operations, project management, and training oversight. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Ashford University and is certified as a Master Instructor with advanced training in weapons direction.
