Jim Collins

Jim Collins has extensive experience in quality management and training, currently serving as a Master Trainer at Plexus International. Previously, Collins held the position of Director of Quality for a 6,000 personnel Air Force Base during a service tenure with the United States Air Force from July 1990 to October 1995, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Collins is a recognized SecAF Examiner and has logged over 3,000 flight hours as an Instructor Pilot. In terms of education, Collins obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Systems Administration from St. Mary's University.
