Lakshman Goodapathi

Lakshman Goodapathi is an experienced professional in Lean initiatives and project management, currently serving as Manager, Lean Initiatives at Plexxus since August 2014. In this role, Lakshman has facilitated the development of maturity level road maps for Functional Excellence, conducted comprehensive time studies at the Distribution Center, and led inventory optimization projects using Kanban methodologies in various hospitals. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager, Lean at Rockwell Automation, where Lakshman facilitated value stream mapping events and completed two Black Belt projects, and as Lean Leader at TEVA Canada, implementing Lean Management practices and overseeing additional Black Belt projects. Lakshman's foundations in Lean methodologies were further established through earlier roles at Provincial Health Services Authority, Husky Injection Molding Systems, and Sealy Canada Ltd, where multiple Kaizen events and value stream mapping projects were effectively executed. Lakshman holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya University and continues to pursue education at the Acuity Institute.
