Penny Chenh

Penny Chenh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and investment sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Pliancy since December 2021, Penny previously held the same title at HOF Capital, a global technology investment firm, from August 2018 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Penny worked as Operations Manager at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator from June 2014 to August 2018, contributing to a leading early-stage venture capital fund and technology accelerator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The City College of New York and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from LaGuardia Community College.
