Anthea F.

Anthea F. has over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and financial reporting. Anthea began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Manager, overseeing various types of audits. In 2015, they joined Core-Mark International as an SEC Reporting Manager, responsible for planning and managing the preparation and filing of financial reports. In 2019, Anthea moved to Aimmune Therapeutics Inc., initially serving as an Associate Director of SEC Reporting and SOX Compliance, where they prepared and filed SEC reports and served as a subject matter expert on US GAAP and SEC regulations. Anthea later became the Director of Revenue, Reporting, and Technical Accounting, where they managed the company's product revenue and financial reporting related to revenue matters. In 2021, Anthea joined LegalZoom as the Director of Technical Accounting and External Reporting, working closely with investor and lender relations and corporate finance to analyze company results and write financial statements and technical accounting memos. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Pliant Therapeutics as the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting.

Anthea F. earned a degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with a specialization in Accounting and Finance, during the years 2000 to 2006. Anthea later obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountants in 2013. Additionally, Anthea has pursued a certification in Certified Equity Professional from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
