Loi Luu

Loi Luu has extensive experience in supply chain management and pharmaceutical research and development. Loi started their career as an Intern at Genentech in 2004 and later worked as a Research Associate in both Genentech and CSUEB. In 2008, they joined PolyFuel as a Research Associate before moving to Future Technologies Research as a Research Assistant II. From 2009 to 2011, Loi worked as a Research Associate at Anacor Pharmaceuticals, where they were promoted to Supply Chain Manager and later to Manager, Drug Development Projects. Loi then joined CytomX Therapeutics in 2017 as a Supply Chain Manager before taking on the role of Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain Management at Pliant Therapeutics in 2020. Most recently, Loi served as the Director of Supply Chain at Retrotope, Inc. until it filed for Chapter 11 in May 2022. Throughout their work experience, Loi has managed vendors and production planning, implemented ERP systems, and overseen logistics and compliance in supply chain operations.

Loi Luu holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from California State University - East Bay, which was obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at the same university. Additionally, Loi Luu has an Advanced Professional Supply Chain Management Certificate from the University of San Francisco, but the specific dates of completion are unavailable.
