Roy Darch has a significant work experience in various roles and industries. Roy started their career in 2009 at Rio Tinto as a Fixed Plant Electrician and later became a Project Support Officer for the Mines of the Future program. In 2013, they joined BHP as a WAIO Electrical Inspector and later became a Maintenance Supervisor. Roy then moved on to Airobotics, where they worked as a Maintenance Supervisor and later as a Manager of Services & Support.
