Roy Darch

Roy Darch has a significant work experience in various roles and industries. Roy started their career in 2009 at Rio Tinto as a Fixed Plant Electrician and later became a Project Support Officer for the Mines of the Future program. In 2013, they joined BHP as a WAIO Electrical Inspector and later became a Maintenance Supervisor. Roy then moved on to Airobotics, where they worked as a Maintenance Supervisor and later as a Manager of Services & Support. In 2020, Roy joined BHP again, this time as a Project Engineer and Execution Supervisor. Roy'smost recent role is as the Head of Operations at Roborigger from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Plico since 2022.

Roy Darch attended Prendiville Catholic College from 1999 to 2002 but did not obtain a degree or study a specific field during this time. In 2010, they enrolled at Polytechnic West, where they pursued a Certificate IV in Instrumentation, specializing in engineering. It is unclear when they completed this program, as the end year is not provided. In 2011, they pursued a Diploma of Project Management at Polytechnic West. Lastly, in 2012, Roy Darch obtained a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, focusing on management skills, from Polytechnic West.
