Prabha Masilamani

Prabha Masilamani serves as the Head of People and Culture at Plivo, drawing on extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Prior roles include HR-Global Strategy Partner and Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at [24]7.ai, Manager, HR Business Partner at Brocade, and Senior HR Generalist, Business Partner - India at Xilinx. Additionally, Prabha held the position of Executive HRD (Business HR), Product Engineering at IGATE. Academically, Prabha holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organization Behavior from Amrita School of Business, completed between 2019 and 2023, as well as an MBA in Human Resource from Delhi University.
