The Product Development team at PLN Icon Plus is responsible for innovating and creating telecommunication solutions to support both PT PLN (Persero) and the public. This team develops and refines products such as Clear Channel, MPLS, broadband internet access, VoIP, and banking applications. They ensure high availability and reliability of telecommunication networks, managing end-to-end development processes including design, implementation, quality assurance, and project management to commercialize PLN's telecommunication infrastructure.
