Niklas de Besche

Niklas de Besche is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and advisory roles across several companies. Currently serving as an Industrial Advisor at Altor Equity Partners since March 2022, Niklas also holds positions as a Board Member at Rillion and Findity, and as Chairman at Voyado. As a co-founder of Plock and Jobylon, Niklas has established a significant presence in the business landscape. Previously, Niklas spent nearly two decades at Meltwater, where roles included Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Director, contributing to the company's reputation as a leader in Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. Educationally, Niklas holds a Master of Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, alongside Bachelor's degrees in Business and Administration from Stockholm University and the National University of Singapore.
