Stefan Spits

Stefan Spits is an experienced project leader and engineer with a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in dike reinforcement and marine projects. Currently employed at Ploegam since July 2016, Stefan has overseen significant projects such as the Dijkversterking Cluster A and B and the Reconstruction of N280 Roermond. Prior to this role, Stefan worked at Boskalis in various capacities, including project engineer on subsea rock installation and trainee project engineer on the Dudgeon Offshore Windfarm. Stefan has also gained valuable experience at BAM International as a site engineer and has participated in multiple tender-related positions. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences, and was awarded second place in the Waterbuilding prize in 2013.
