Tiago Pagani

Tiago Pagani has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tiago started their career as an Estágio Curricular Voluntário at LDGames Produtora de Softwares LTDA-Oniria, where they provided technical services and performed maintenance on computers. Tiago then moved on to SimuLab, where they worked as an Estagiário em Administração de Servidores Linux, responsible for creating and maintaining servers using Ubuntu, configuring file sharing, and programming information security scripts.

In 2010, Tiago joined PgUp Designer e Associados as a Sócio, specializing in developing applications with augmented reality and interactive software. Tiago also programmed games for advertising purposes on various platforms. After that, they joined Sertech as an Analista de Sistemas, involved in systems analysis and configuration of file, web, email, and firewall servers using Linux distributions.

Tiago's experience at IBM was significant, where they served as an Engenheiro SW, focused on software development and technical support for IBM products. Their responsibilities included installation, configuration, UI, APIs, and troubleshooting client issues related to Master Data Management (MDM) products.

Currently, Tiago works at Ploomes, where they have held multiple roles. Tiago initially served as a CTO, responsible for leading the company's technology and technical strategies. Later on, they became the Head of Customer Success, overseeing customer satisfaction and ensuring successful product implementation. Presently, they hold the position of Head de parcerias, where they are responsible for managing partnerships for the organization.

Through their varied work experience, Tiago has developed a strong technical background in software development, systems analysis, and administration, as well as excellent customer relationship management skills.

Tiago Pagani completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina, from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in various areas. In 2013, they received the certification for Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer from Oracle, as well as the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from EXIN. Tiago also completed the course "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" from Coursera. In the same year, they obtained the 000-610 DB2 10.1 Fundamentals certification from IBM. In 2012, they achieved the N18 IBM Information Management DB2 10 Technical Mastery Test v3 certification from IBM.
