Victor Cavalcanti Souto

Victor Cavalcanti Souto's work experience includes roles at various companies. From February 2020 to December 2021, they worked at Ploomes as the Head of Proposal Making, responsible for creating proposals. Prior to that, from January 2020 to October 2020, they were a Proposal Maker at the same company. In January 2022, Victor became a Designer Pleno (Onboarding) at Ploomes, working until January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Líder de Design (Customer Delivery) at Ploomes, starting in January 2023.

Before joining Ploomes, Victor worked as an Intern at Universidade de São Paulo from August 2019 to February 2020, focusing on design. From January 2019 to August 2019, they worked as a Designer at Centro Universitário Maria Antonia. Prior to that, they briefly worked as a Graphic Designer at Papel Moeda from April 2018 to June 2018.

Victor Cavalcanti Souto completed their high school education at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP from 2012 to 2015. Victor pursued a program called Ensino Médio Integrado a Curso Técnico, focusing on the field of study of Informática.

Following their high school education, Victor Cavalcanti Souto attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2017 to 2022. Victor pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design, specializing in Design e Comunicação Visual.
