Jayanti Ghosal has a diverse work experience. Jayanti started their career as a Customer Relationship Manager at ANZ Grindlays Bank in 2000 and then moved on to become the Group HR Head at Destinations of the World from 2003 to 2008. Jayanti joined CIBC in 2008 and held various roles including Telephone & Online Banking Specialist, Communications Specialist - eClient, Assistant Branch Manager, and Financial Advisor. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Language Specialist at Language Centre. Currently, they are associated with Plooto, where they have held roles such as Senior Customer Experience Manager and their current role as the Senior Manager - People Operations since July 2021.

Jayanti Ghosal attended the University of Calcutta, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with English Honors.
