Mitchell C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mitchell started their career as a Fast Food Server at KFC in 2009 and worked there until 2014. Mitchell then took on roles as an Usher at The Gabba and as an Electrical Engineering Intern at MTEL Communications, Inc. in 2012 and 2013 respectively. From 2013 to 2017, Mitchell worked as a Food and Beverage Attendant at the Royal National Agricultural & Industrial Association of QLD while also working as a Data Engineer at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they transitioned to a role as a Development Engineer at TOMRA Sorting Mining and stayed there until 2020. During this time, they also worked as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at HomeGuardian for a brief period in 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Mitchell worked as a Robotics Engineer at Freelance Robotics before joining Plotlogic in 2023 as the Head of Oresense.

Mitchell C. has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Mitchell attended QUT from 2012 to 2015. Prior to attending university, Mitchell C. obtained their High School Diploma from St Peters Lutheran College, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Mitchell C. has obtained several certifications. Mitchell completed the "Safe Use of X-Ray Devices Training Course" at ANSTO in April 2019, the "work safely at heights" certification at SYDNEY SAFETY TRAINING in May 2018, the "Confined Space Training" at SYDNEY SAFETY TRAINING in April 2018, and the "High Risk Work Licence" from SafeWork NSW in July 2017.
