Rutger Ploum

Rutger Ploum started their work experience in 1989 as a Lawyer at NautaDutilh, where they worked until 1995. In 1995, they co-founded their own company, Ploum, where they currently serve as the Managing Partner, Partner Employment & Incentives, and IMI Mediator.

Rutger Ploum attended the Mencia de Mendoza Lyceum Breda for an unknown period of time, during which they did not earn any degree or specify a field of study. From 1983 to 1989, they studied Dutch civil law at Leiden University and obtained a degree of "mr." From 2008 to 2009, they attended the University of Amsterdam and specialized in ADR (alternative dispute resolution) as an ADR Specialist / Legal Mediator, without completing a degree.
