Gururaj Jamma

Gururaj Jamma's work experience includes various roles in sourcing and supply chain management. Gururaj currently works at Preformed Line Products as the Regional Sourcing Lead, overseeing sourcing and supply chain activities for the India region. Gururaj is responsible for identifying and qualifying suppliers, implementing cost reduction measures, and leading a team of sourcing and quality engineers. Prior to this, they worked at Portescap as an Assistant Manager and Senior Sourcing Engineer, where they developed new components with suppliers and implemented cost-saving measures. Gururaj also improved on-time delivery and quality performance. Gururaj began their career at Siemens with a summer internship.

Gururaj Jamma completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from S.E.S. Polytechnic in the years 2004-2007. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur from 2007 to 2010. Later on, Gururaj attained a Masters in Management Studies (MMS) degree focused on Operations from Welingkar Institute of Management in the years 2011-2013.
