Janette Emerson

Janette Emerson has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Janette most recently worked as the Human Resources Director for North America at Anchor Danly since February 2014. Prior to that, Janette was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Gannett from January 2012 to February 2014. Janette supported the Regional Group President and four publishers in achieving operational goals and objectives for various media organizations. Janette also served as the HR Manager at National Beverage Corp. from April 2004 to January 2012, where they were responsible for various HR activities. Before that, they were a Senior HR Representative at Flint Group from February 1997 to March 2004. Additionally, Janette has experience as an Adjunct Instructor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Detroit Mercy and as an HR Field Representative at Aon. Janette started their career as an Employee Relations Intern at Ford Motor Company.

Janette Emerson has a Masters degree in I/O Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy. Janette also holds an Honours BA in Psychology from the University of Windsor.
