Ezra Williams has a diverse work experience that spans across several industries. Ezra started their career in 2019 as an Inside Sales Associate at The Home Depot, where they demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills. In this role, they actively listened to customers, resolved conflicts, and provided feedback on merchandise trends.

Ezra then progressed to become an Inside Sales Specialist, achieving significant sales results by generating leads through outbound prospecting and acting as a subject matter expert for the sales team. Ezra also collaborated with cross-functional teams to execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns.

After that, Ezra transitioned to the position of Merchandising Supervisor at The Home Depot. In this role, they successfully led sales teams in various departments, analyzed sales data, and identified growth opportunities.

Ezra's next career move was to join Cedar Hill ISD as an IT Software Developer in 2023. In this role, they contributed to the analysis, evaluation, and improvement of software systems used within the school district. Ezra also conducted testing and quality assurance activities and assisted in the implementation of new software systems.

Currently, Ezra is an Account Executive at PLS Logistics Services, where they apply their analytical skills to interpret complex logistics data for strategic decision-making. Ezra utilizes IT tools for data analysis and business intelligence, including Salesforce and other CRM platforms. Ezra also provides strategic guidance on the use of analytics and data-driven insights in logistics decision-making.
