Jacob Fravert

Jacob Fravert has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jacob started their career as a Front of House Server at Outback Steakhouse in 2011 and worked there until 2020. In 2015, they joined UPS and held various positions, including Air Operations Supervisor, Corporate Security Investigative Data Analyst, and Operations Excellence Supervisor. From 2019 to 2021, Jacob served as the Product Manager of UPS Airlines Data Analytics Program, helping transform UPS Airlines with data analytics and machine intelligence. In 2021, they joined Emerge as a Product Manager and worked there until 2022. Jacob then moved to Werner Enterprises, where they held roles in Product Management, focusing on Digital Carrier Experience and Backoffice & Accounting. Currently, Jacob is working at PLS Logistics Services in Product Management.

Jacob Fravert attended the University of Louisville from 2013 to 2018, where they studied Mathematics and Statistics. Jacob obtained a Section4 Completion Badge for Building Product Roadmaps in January 2023 and a Section4 Completion Badge for Building a Business Case in October 2022. In April 2020, they earned an Executive Data Science Certification from Johns Hopkins University through Coursera. Prior to that, in October 2019, they obtained a Certified Emergency Management Professional certification from FEMA. More recently, in August 2021, they achieved the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
