Shawn King has extensive experience in sales and customer service across various companies. Since July 2016, Shawn has worked as an Outbound Sales Representative at First American Financial Corporation, while also serving as a Senior Account Executive at PLS Logistics Services since 2015, focusing on client development and relationship management. Prior roles include Associate Manager, Merchant Services Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, and Senior CSR at LivingSocial from 2012 to 2015, where Shawn led teams and improved service metrics. Previous experience includes a Financial Crimes Specialist and IRA Premier Banker at Wells Fargo, responsible for fraud detection and financial customer service, as well as an Assistant Sales Manager at Qwest Communications, managing sales activities and teams.
