Victoria Siyu Chen

Victoria Siyu Chen has extensive experience in quality assurance and food science, currently serving as Senior Manager at PLT Health Solutions since November 2019, where Victoria successfully led the Foreign Supplier Approval Program and managed international suppliers. In addition, Victoria co-founded Antithesis Foods, developing innovative snack products alongside fellow Cornell graduate students. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Supervisor and Junior Supervisor at Veggies Made Great®, where responsibilities included analyzing consumer complaints and standardizing production processes, as well as a Research Intern at Ithaca Beer Co. and teaching assistantship at Cornell University. Victoria holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Cornell University.
