Rezha Kusuma

Rezha Kusuma began their work experience in 2017 at LINE Corp as a Strategy and Growth employee. In 2018, they joined Labtek Indie as a Product Owner, where they managed a collaborative project with the United Nations and Bandung City to address city flooding issues. Rezha also led the development of the Flood Mitigation Information System and Flood Data Analysis using real-time Twitter data. Rezha then moved on to Kulina Indonesia in 2018 as a Product Lead, overseeing the successful launch of an Android & iOS consumer app that achieved impressive adoption rates, represented a significant portion of the company's gross merchandise value, and received high ratings on both platforms. In 2020, they joined Kargo Technologies as a Product Manager before eventually joining Pluang in November 2021, also as a Product Manager.

Rezha Kusuma obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information System and Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
