Claudia Serrano

Claudia Serrano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2017, they started working at H10 Hotels, initially as a Reservations Agent and then later as a Receptionist. During their time at H10 Hotels, Claudia was responsible for handling reservations through various channels and updating the Property Management System. Claudia also served as an Event Coordinator, ensuring smooth execution of events. In 2020, Claudia joined Allianz as a Service Manager, where they managed customer services until August 2021. Following this, they worked at Radisson Hotel Group as a TMS Expert for the SAP-EMMA Implementation Project from July 2021 to March 2022. Currently, Claudia is employed as a Software Implementation and Support Specialist at Plug and Play Tech Center, starting in March 2022.
