Hafez Shahabi

Hafez Shahabi is an Operating Partner and Investment Attorney at Plug and Play Tech Center. Prior to this role, Shahabi worked as an Associate Attorney at Law Offices of Jeffrey P. Widman, practicing corporate and transactional law, civil litigation, real estate law, internet defamation, and construction law. Shahabi also served as In-House Counsel at Craftsmens Guild, Cofounder/Solo Counsel at EcoJump, and as an Extern at Ashurst, where Hafez worked on multi-national energy contracts and conducted contract review and research. Shahabi holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Corporate Transactional Law from The University of Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in US Legal Studies from Golden Gate University.
