Haotian Xie

Haotian Xie has a diverse range of work experience beginning in 2014 as an Accounting Intern at Siemens. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Huawei Technologies and as a Hardware Technician Intern at Foxconn. In 2016, they interned as a CTPQ IA Intern at Pfizer. Haotian then joined Morgan Stanley in 2018 as a Data Analyst and also worked at Haitou Global as an Equity Analyst. In 2020, Haotian became a Database Administrator at Avalara. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Data Analyst on the RoboTutor Team at Carnegie Mellon University's Institute for Software Research. Currently, Haotian is a Venture Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center.

Haotian Xie has a diverse educational background. Between 2019 and 2021, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science at Columbia University. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they attended UC San Diego, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Computer Science. Haotian also completed a minor in Business - Finance during the same period. Haotian Xie's education journey started at New Hampton School, where they completed their high school education from 2012 to 2015, focusing on Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General.

In addition to their formal education, Haotian Xie has obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they completed the Social and Behavioral Research - Basic/Refresher certification from the CITI Program. Earlier, in May 2015, they obtained the IB Diploma from The International Baccalaureate.
