Louis Baron has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Louis started their career in 2018 as an IEU Business Challenge participant, where they won the first prize for their team's business idea and business plan for the app "Emplapp." In 2019, they worked as a Billing Manager at Lola Market, responsible for maintaining and updating receipts for purchases made through the app. In 2020, they worked in business development at Mon Amour, where they focused on optimizing warehouse operations, marketing strategies, and sales expansion. In 2021, Louis worked as a Sales Associate at Gartner, contacting C-level executives to help them achieve their priorities and launching prospecting campaigns. In 2022, they worked as a Sovereign Wealth Funds Researcher at the Center for the Governance of Change before transitioning to a role as a Venture Analyst at Seaya. Currently, Louis is a Partner Success Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center, supporting Roca Group Ventures in sourcing opportunities for supply chain tech and customer experience enhancement.

Louis Baron began their education at Lycée Français de Toronto in 2016, where they pursued a Baccalauréat in Géologie / sciences de la Terre, général. In 2017, they enrolled at IE Business School and completed a Dual Degree program in Bachelor in Business Administration and International Relations, which lasted until 2022.

During their academic journey, Louis engaged in an academic exchange program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2021, focusing on Business Management. Additionally, they earned several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills.
