Nishant Dixit

Nishant Dixit has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nishant is currently the Founder of Alisio, a position they have held since March 2023. Additionally, they are a Corporate Partnerships Associate at Plug and Play Tech Center, starting in June 2023.

Previously, Nishant worked as a Consultant at Launch Factory from March 2023 onwards. From September 2022 to March 2023, they served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Mahway.

Earlier in their career, Nishant played a significant role as the Co-founder and CEO of Gyaan Tel, a mobile device platform for emerging market retailers. Nishant led the company from its inception in May 2013 until its acquisition in April 2022.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Nishant gained experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Nishant served as the Executive Vice President of Hardware Procurement & Sales at Concierge Tablet from March 2012 to April 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at TechnoServe from March 2010 to April 2011 and at Endeavor Global from October 2009 to December 2009. In these roles, they assisted high-impact emerging market entrepreneurs with strategic planning and expansion challenges. Nishant also worked as a Consultant at IBM Business Consulting from July 2007 to May 2009 and as an Intern in Solutions Development at Unisys in the summer of 2006.

Nishant Dixit completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle East and Asian Languages and Cultures and Political Science from Columbia University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended University Ligget School from 1999 to 2003, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
