Richard Kelly

Richard Kelly is an experienced professional with a robust background in development, quality assurance, and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer and Quality Lead at UC Irvine since April 2011, Richard specializes in SQL development, ETL processes, and web services. In addition, Richard has held the position of President at Plug In America since January 2013, overseeing web development and corporate server management, along with prior roles in IT leadership. Richard's career also includes web development experience at 7crm and extensive programming and analysis work at Irvine Ranch Water District, where Richard managed an Enterprise Asset Management system. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
