Ines Bouzidi's work experience begins with their current role as a Project Director at Plug Power, starting in February 2023. In this position, they are responsible for managing the engineering, construction, and commissioning of a 100 MW green Hydrogen project at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. Bouzidi leads a team of project managers and specialists to align efforts and achieve project objectives, collaborates with stakeholders to collect and incorporate local information and requirements, and drives changes to develop the best economic and technical solutions adapted to market needs. Bouzidi worked as a Partnership and Valorization Director at lPVF, Photovoltaic Research Institute from June 2018 to May 2019. Before that, they held various positions including Senior Project Manager R&D, Project Development Team Manager, Project Manager in Global Engineering, Production Manager in Air Separation and Liquefaction, Industrial Risk Assessment and Mitigation Manager of 4 gas plants, and Risk-Based Inspection API 581 Implementation Tool. Bouzidi'stenure at Air Liquide spans from 2005 to 2019.
Bouzidi Ines received their Master's degree in Engineering from École Polytechnique in 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master 2 (M2) in Process, Energy, and Sustainable development at ENSTA Paris. In the period of 1998 to 2001, they completed their M1 degree at IPEST, although the field of study is unspecified. Bouzidi Ines returned to École Polytechnique for a second Master's degree, focusing on Energy, Environment, and Sustainable development, beginning in 2004. Bouzidi then obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Science from ENSTA Paris.
Additionally, in March 2018, Bouzidi Ines received a certification in Strategic Management from Coursera.
