Geetanjali Agashe

Geetanjali Agashe has over 16 years of work experience. Geetanjali is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Plug Power since February 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an EXECUTIVE HR AND ADMIN at Frames, starting in February 2018. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an HR officer at AKER POWERGAS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they assisted with day-to-day HR operations, coordinated recruitment, and ensured employee engagement. Before that, they held the position of Back Office Executive at Asian broking from July 2010 to September 2013, where they managed client portfolios and conducted financial market research. From 2008 to 2010, Geetanjali worked as a Branch Operations Executive at BIRLA SUNLIFE INSURANCE, and in 2006, they worked as a Customer Support Executive at IL&FS Investsmart Securities Ltd. Geetanjali started their career in 2004 as a Financial Planning Officer at HDFC Life and worked there until 2006. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they served as a Corporate Insurance Advisor at Access fincomark pvt ltd.

Geetanjali Agashe pursued their education at two different institutions. Geetanjali completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained another MBA degree from IME from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also completed the Online Rewards Certification Programme from Cerebrus Consultants in May 2020.
