Jimmie Reed began their work experience in 2011 as a Customer Relations and Sales Professional at Best Buy, where they stayed until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Samsung Representative at Mosaic Sales Solutions, conducting product setups, trainings, and troubleshooting. Jimmie then joined Frontier Communications in 2016 as a Help Desk Specialist, staying until 2019. In 2021, Reed became a SaaS Support Specialist at Datto, Inc., assisting partners with product-related questions and issues. Currently, they work as an IT Support Technician at Plug Power starting in 2023.
Jimmie Reed completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology from Monroe Community College, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
