Joshua S Selekman, SPHR, has over three decades of experience in human resources. Joshua S is currently working as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Plug Power since July 2021.

Prior to this, from November 2020 to June 2021, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, US and Europe at WuXi AppTec. Before that, they worked as the Human Resource Leader for the Sartomer Business Unit at Arkema from April 2019 to November 2020. In this role, they partnered with global and Americas leaders to drive the execution of core HR processes. Joshua S also led the implementation of strategies to address the impact of COVID-19.

Joshua also has experience as the Principal of Selekman Business Solutions, LLC from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they consulted with various organizations on HR, organizational development, and effectiveness challenges.

From 2009 to 2016, Joshua held the position of Vice President of Human Resource Operations, Americas at Hexion Inc. Joshua S led field HR teams in North and Latin America and supported a total population of up to 4,400 associates at 60 facilities.

Before that, from 2005 to 2009, Joshua worked as the Corporate Human Resources Director at Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. Joshua S provided HR leadership to global functional leaders, managed core HR processes, and served as a member of the global human resource leadership team.

Joshua started their career at DuPont in 1989 and held various HR roles at multiple company locations. Joshua S worked as an Employee Assistance Consultant for the DuPont Employee Assistance Program, providing support for employees and families facing mental health and substance abuse challenges.

Joshua also possesses the National Certified Counselor (NCC) certification from the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).
