Kapil Bhamburdekar

Kapil Bhamburdekar has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and quality assurance. Kapil'smost recent role is as a Lead Engineer-QC at Plug Power, which they started in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pall Corporation as an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance & Control for seven years from January 2014 to March 2021. Before that, they worked at Alfa Laval as a Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer from February 2011 to January 2014. Kapil began their career at Transparent Energy Systems Pvt Ltd as a Senior Production Engineer in July 2007 and held the role until January 2011. In this role, they gained extensive knowledge and experience in Boiler & Plant Equipment manufacturing, specifically in Waste Heat Recovery Boilers, Ammonia Absorption Refrigeration Plant, Pressure Vessels, Oil Fired Boilers, Air Cooled Condensers, and Heat Exchangers.

Kapil Bhamburdekar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering at Pune University's Amrutvahini College of Engineering from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science at Shri Shivaji Vidya Mandir in Chakan, Pune. In 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Boiler & Pressure Vessel Design from Trinity Institute of Professional Training in Pune. Additionally, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at AVCOE in Sangamner, Ahmednagar, from 2003 to 2007.
