Mike J. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present day. Mike started their career as an Inside Sales Representative at Seps Inc in 2001 before transitioning to Midwest Valve & Fitting, Inc, where they served for nearly a decade as the Sales & Marketing Manager. In this role, Mike strategically targeted various markets, expanded revenue within existing accounts, and oversaw the sales team.

In 2011, Mike joined Crane Nuclear as a Product Sales Manager, responsible for the Commercial and Nuclear Aftermarket Valve Parts Business. Mike developed and maintained an Aftermarket Product Plan and led market research, strategy, and business development activities.

In 2014, Mike joined Siemens as a Sales Program Manager and Data Analytics Specialist. Mike initially worked in the Process Instrumentation business unit, managing loyalty programs to drive sales growth. Later, they transitioned to the Sales Excellence Office, where they served as a Program Manager and Data Analytics Specialist, focusing on sales analytics and optimization.

From 2019 to 2021, Mike worked at Kimberly-Clark Professional as a CRM Analytics Manager. Mike drove the Salesforce.com strategy, implemented new visualization initiatives using Power BI, and provided data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

Currently, Mike holds the position of Director of Sales Operations at Plug Power, starting from May 2021.

Mike J. attended Eastern Illinois University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Automation & Control. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications in ZoomInfo Operations and The Effective Facilitator. The ZoomInfo certification was obtained in September 2020, while The Effective Facilitator certification was obtained in May 2017.
